When Marty McFly finds himself transported to 1955 in a time machine built by eccentric scientist Doc Brown, he accidentally changes the course of history. Now he finds himself in a race against time to fix the present, escape the past and send himself back... into the future.
This "high-octane comedy" (Metro) and "emotional triumph" (Telegraph) is being adapted for the stage by film creators Bob Gale (Back to the Future trilogy) and Robert Zemeckis (Forrest Gump). Directed by Tony Award winner John Rando, this "show in the round" (The Stage) will make you think that the DeLorean car is actually "defying the laws of theater" (Guardian). Back to the Future the Musical features original music by award-winning Alan Silvestri (Avengers: Endgame) and Glen Ballard (Michael Jackson's Man in the Mirror), along with hit songs from the film such as The Power of Love, Johnny B. Goode, Earth Angel and Back in Time.
