For every adult holding a valid ticket, one infant (under three years of age) receives a free ticket.
Proof of age is required at entry when redeeming a ticket for a child or infant.

There are currently no specific time slots available for advance booking. Your ticket will be valid for the day selected when booking.

A flight lasts 10 minutes. However, there is a mandatory safety briefing before every flight. Depending on loading, unloading and queuing, the whole experience may take longer.

Cancellation policies
To get a full refund, you must request a cancellation at least 5 days in advance. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
Safety regulations
Pregnant women are not allowed to fly on the Dubai Balloon.
Eating and drinking during the flight is prohibited.
For safety reasons, guests with the following conditions should not use this attraction: if you suffer from motion sickness and/or dizziness, if you suffer from heart and/or other health problems, if you are pregnant, if you are under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. Persons with other conditions aggravated by flying and/or change in altitude should refrain from boarding the hot air balloon. Overall, you should be in good health to fly. All minors under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult 18 years of age or older.
